Welcome to TAGZ! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TAGZ mobile applications (available on iOS and Android) and website (collectively, the "Service"). TAGZ is a mobile app designed to help hunters plan hunts, track preference points, and access personalized recommendations. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By using TAGZ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
By using any paid features of the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment schedule active at the time of your sign-up. Subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions if you no longer wish to be charged. Refunds are not provided for subscriptions unless required by law or specified in our refund policy, available at mytagz.me/refunds.
All payment disputes must be directed to support@mytagz.me within 30 days of the charge. We reserve the right to suspend access to paid features for accounts with outstanding payment issues.
All content, features, design, logos, algorithms, and software associated with TAGZ are the exclusive property of TAGZ or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from TAGZ content without written permission.

Examples of prohibited uses include: using TAGZ data to misrepresent hunting applications to state agencies, automating excessive queries (e.g., >1,000 searches/hour) that strain our servers, or reselling TAGZ recommendations for commercial gain.
TAGZ reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if usage patterns suggest abuse, scraping, or other suspicious automated activity.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
All recommendations and predictions are generated based on historical trends and public data. These are not guarantees or promises of outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAGZ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunity, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAGZ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms or actions that may harm the integrity or security of the Service or its users. Where feasible, we will provide notice via email or in-app message. You may contact support@mytagz.me to inquire about terminations.
TAGZ is not liable for delays or failures in providing the Service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, server outages, or changes in state hunting regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules in Erie County, New York. Each party will bear its own arbitration costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you of material changes via email, in-app notice, or on mytagz.me. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted within the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and TAGZ and supersede all prior agreements regarding your use of the Service.
